Nashville Weekly Sales & Events – March 15-18

Lexus Nashville Fashion Week starts Tuesday! Do you have your tickets yet? All Access Passes and a limited number of single day admission tickets are still available. The schedule has shaped up so well, you’re not going to want to miss a minute. I’ve been posting designer highlights on our Tumblr through the week and will have more for you through the weekend. And I’ll have a special post on Friday with the schedule of all the local boutique sales and trunk shows that start on Tuesday.

Other highlights of Fashion Week definitely include the industry panels being held at the Frist Center on Thursday, March 22. NFW organizers along with Imogene + Willie have set an incredible line-up of three 90-minute panels, the first of which begins at 10am. Topics include “Producing the Goods,” “What Makes a Brand?” and “Southern Fashion Now.” Check out the full schedule and participant details here on the NFW web site.

But before we get to ALL of that, we’ve got a few sales, a store opening and just some general stuff you need to know as you head out to shop this weekend.

Nashville Weekly Sales & Events – March 8-11

We have a few sales for you this week and a Lexus Nashville Fashion Week preview! I can’t believe it’s only two weeks away. Do you have your tickets? Individual tickets and a limited number of All Access passes are available for purchase online now.

We’ll be featuring NFW designers on our Tumblr over the next few weeks so make sure you’re following us. Some of our local faves like Valentine Valentine, White Rabbit, and Jamie and the Jones are back again this year. They had beautiful 2011 collections and we can’t wait to see what they send down the runway in a few weeks. We’re also excited to see our friends Amy B. and The Trunk’s collection on Thursday, March 22. We’re so proud of our Nashville designers!

We’ll have boutique and trunk show information as well as industry panel information for you in the coming weeks.  Even if you can’t make the runway shows, there will be plenty of opportunities to join in on the fun.

Nashville Fashion Week will consist of five nightly fashion shows featuring more than 20 designers. Designers are still being added and nightly line-ups are subject to change, but as of today, the line-up and locations are as follows:

Nashville Weekly Sales & Events – Feb 24-26

This is your last weekend to shop whats-in-store in Franklin. While we hate to see this store go, at least we know we can still shop online! Fashion for a Fraction – The best warehouse boutique sale of the year is back! Get your tickets now for Her Nashville and Nashville Scene’s Fashion for a Fraction presented by Vanderbilt Cosmetic Plastic Surgery on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 11am-4pm. This year’s event will be in the Icon building in The Gulch in the old Nashville Clothing Co. space and Sip & Strokes. Three Blind Vines – We’ll have more information for you over the weekend, but get those roaring 20′s costumes ready! Three Blind Vines is back.  The Next Generation Heritage Foundation of Franklin and Williamson County 5th Annual Three Blind Vines presented by JJ’s Wine Bar will be held Friday, Feb. 24.  The festivities begin at 6 p.m. at Liberty Hall in The Factory at Franklin. The theme for the evening is “1920s speakeasy” and all proceeds go directly to The Franklin Theatre. Costumes aren’t required but they’re encouraged.
